They beat you to that. It's called the Pacific Salt and I highly recommend picking one up! :)DutchBlades wrote:Another suited H1 knife would be the Endura. Loads of people (including myself) carry the Endura with high frequency. Especially close to the sea or in a humid climate, H1 on this edc legend would be awesome.
A question for our lord and savior, Sal Glesser.

And as far as the blade shape Sal, I think a HAWKBILL makes more sense than anything. Given the swicks diminutive size and handle angle this knife looks like it was MADE for a hawkbill. And having the leverage of the finger hole for pull cuts?! Please! HB swick could make an absolute beast of a cutter! Would make a great secondary boat/fishing knife and would probably appeal to others as a utility and or sd knife.

Simple as can be on the sharpmaker. Even keeping a serrated HB sharp is a piece of cake. A hawkbill isn't good for everything, but what it's good at, it's really good at. A small HB makes for a great secondary knife.peacefuljeffrey wrote:Everyone's such a fan of hawksbills. ... It has never caught on with me. I abhor the thought of sharpening one of those.
