After carrying my Air for months, I am now back to my beloved DF2 Zdp-189, together with a stout slipjoint blade today.

Thank you! I agree, probably the reason it is still in the pocket today. I miss the Tuff though so it will likely kick out the Millie for tomorrow.

Today will be my KW exclusive Manix 2 XL with S90V blade to which I put on a Casey Lynch deep carry titanium clip with a fade from natural color to a slight purple to different blues. I like how the top and bottom of the clip sort of go with the gray carbon fiber scales and the middle of the clip kind of blends with jeans.

Cheers...

These two thus far, though I may switch to my Tenacious and PM2 later today when I go to do some landscaping.

Salt 1 near the Kennedy Space Center:

Image

Salt 1 + small Dive Tool (and a screwdriver :o ) opening a coconut in Key West. The Dive Tool was used to cut it off of the tree, and the Salt cut a hole through the tough husk. The screwdriver stabbed through the final inner shell.

Thanks guys! I could just barely reach the coconut with the tip of the Salt 1. After fooling around scratching the branch while standing on a table, I got the Dive Tool. Its extra reach worked perfectly, slicing the coconut down in one or two cuts.

The Salt 1 has served me well. I have carried it many times swimming in the ocean without drying it or washing it. It is not at all rusted, and as sharp and good as the day I bought it. Gosh I love this knife!
