Yes you do and the only regrets you'll have is why you waited so long .

So I made some adjustments I centered my blade it was just a touch off and a few tweaks here and there and oh boy does it feel good ! Was wondering though should I use any blue loctite on the screws ?

I'd give it a couple of weeks to break in before you zero it in and use loctite.

It's funny, I really wanted to like the original, and before I held one I was obsessed with owning one. Then one day at the dentist office I happened to see a clip in a guy's pocket and knew what the clip was attached to. I was carrying the new one and had the chance to handle both side by side, and IMO the 2 is vastly superior. I do think one single change could make them nearly equal (at least in ergonomics) and that's if the spine of the handle on the 1 was humped up like the spine on the 2 so it filled your palm more. Otherwise the 1 is a much better slicer, but is also not as good at utility uses.

I know I was looking at the Yo1 in the pic and thought that's a great looking knife but the handle didn't look like it would fit the hand good ,sure is a wicked looking knife though .

True, the yo2 is much more ergonomic than the original and the blade is a bit longer and more substantial. Blade deployment is also better on the Yo2. I prefer the Yo2 in almost every way.

I want you all to know... I have a serious grudge with you all.

I pulled the trigger and ordered the yojimbo 2 from a place recommended by someone on this board. It was the last one in stock.

I blame you all for posting awesome pictures of this really amazing looking knife!

I blame spyderco for making this amazing looking knife!

Darn you all!

For my wallet's sake, no more awesome knife pics and no more making me drool over any other ... Ooh is that a valloton?

Hang on! Ummm...

Seriously can't wait until the Yojimbo 2 arrives. Really looking forward to that one!!!!
