I got this e-mail today:
"It has come to our attention that it is possible that Spyderco Forum
members' passwords, names and addresses
may have been compromised.
The issue has been resolved in the mean time, but for security reasons, we
request that you change your
Spyderco forum password at http://www.spyderco.com/forum/profile.asp
If you've used the same username and password at other sites as well, it
would be good security practice to
change your password in these other areas as well.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sincerely,
eonBusiness Corporation"
Also the e-mail address wasn't credible...
Can I have more info on that?
Spyderco Information secury break?
See the password post below. We are all awaiting further information from Spyderco.

Hi Everybody,
First off, sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, the emails you received from our site host (eonBusiness) were accurate and we are suggesting you change your password. It is voluntary of course.
I also couldn't change mine this morning and contacted eonBusiness. The problem seems to be corrected so please try again.
Thanks again for your patience!
