My CTS-XHP Chaparral
I put off getting this model for a long time because I had many other knives that were similar sizes so I didn't need it. I got it a week ago and it's been in my pocket ever since. Love it. Just wanted to share some pics since it is nice out today. We need more 2mm thick blades like this and less "hard use" knives. Hard use is for fixed blades and hatchets.

I completely agree abut needing more really thin blades that cut well. But Spyderco is about as good at that as they come, so I can't complain too much

Nope. I only have the XHP one. I'm good with either steel though as I like them both very much.paladin wrote:David, do you have the s30v Chap?
I've been thinking the exact same thing...don't need it but want it.
Especially after carrying the xhp Native...great knife.

I like them both, but the CF Chaparral is a bit thicker and a lot more comfortable in hand imosenorsquare wrote:I may have to give the chap another try. I had the titanium chaparral 2 but it just didn't do it for me. Maybe CF will be the ticket.
