I want to see Diaconescu's folder, too! And, if there was a Daywalker special, pics would be most appreciated!

I did not make it. My friend, and intended driving partner, had a health problem that prevented traveling, and I was not feeling so well myself. My son needed to stay home for a major homework assignment, and another friend I hoped to meet there also could not make it, so I decided to save my money for now. I did manage to tackle a project at home, which scored some major points with my wife. 2004 has been that kind of year. Maybe 2005 will be better. Edited to add: I did go to the Blade Show this past June, and am slated to take a training class with SouthNarc in November, so life is not too bad!

Daywalker,
I haven't had time to post anything much here since the SOS ended. I left when the show closed and have been busy as all get out since. I promise I'll write as soon as I am able. No pictures but some great products, ideas, and services are in store from Spyderco.
Got to rest up for tonight's 12-hour graveyard shift at the semiconductor mines. Stay well all youse Spyderbros!

So until Java the Black gets back from using G-10 for 'puter-boards instead of knife scales, everyone who missed SOS is SOL.

Hi Daywalker. I couldn't make it (no wonder) but I'd like to thank to those who have shown interest in my humble design. Most of the credit goes to Spyderco, they made the hard work, I was only with the idea. I have a few updates in mind that may change significantly some particular aspects of the knife. Sorry, no pics available at this moment, but whan the time will come, you'll be the first to know

Oh my humble brother Alex...
I disagree. YOU did the hard part! Coming up with a design is NOT easy, especially one that fits into the line up. You don't just throw a hole in a blade and say, "okay, this is a knife"...You know for yourself, it takes MUCH more than that!
God bless brother!
