Also Russia and Ukraine has agreement about russian troops in Crimea. Russia allowed to have up to 25000 soldiers there to protect navy fleet in Sevastopol. Russia pays for this and gives discounts, credits etc.

There still no official document of UN that what is going on in Crimea is intervention of Russia. By international law it is not.
Because Russia Vetoed the security council resolution.

These type conversations go nowhere. Senseless banter. You see one thing, I look and see something different. Don't call me out anymore as it's a waste of time and bandwidth. We are supposed to keep things fairly non political anyway and that is about impossible unless we go back to you posting official propaganda and everybody thanking you for it. :)

The citation is little more complicated than most Americans know and think.
Is that an insult?

I'm already past the information in your explanation but thanks for taking the time. Don't confuse a different viewpoint with a lack of information.

One thing I hope we all agree on is it's not our business and there are no treaties with NATO to enforce. Only the pact with Russia, the US and UK guaranteeing the borders of the Ukraine for giving up the nuclear weapons they had by the thousands after the fall of the USSR. I believe Russia just made that guarantee null and void. :)

UN voted about acceptance of Crimea referendum not about "is Russia did intervention?". And Russia vetoed unacceptance of referendum. There still no official document of UN who says that Russia take Crimea by force.

But i agree with you. We have two different positions. Unfortunately you still give no answer why you so sure that my info in propaganda but yours is doubtless truth.

I am sorry, if you take my post as an insult. It wasn't intention.
I think that we agree on more than one thing. Putin commuted outrages act and violated international law. There is no acceptable excuse for this.
