Made my fine bench stone into a combo stone fine/extra fine

Recently I got more interested in my sharpening equipment (and of course skill) and have been upgrading my equipment since (now have XC-EF 6" DMT plates and had this fine spyderco then several different material strops with compound/diamond paste) but I thought I should get an extra fine stone for one more step between the stones and the strops but I'm cheap lol. Instead of just dropping ~$50 on the 8x2 UF I was doing some research and I found this idea (but I only saw it done with SM rods) so I figured I'd give it a shot. This took quite a few hours of work but in the end for me, it was a better choice than buying another stone. I think it turned out well, can't argue it doesn't work great. My Sebenza is (for the first time I can really mean this) scarry, if you just slightly touch the blade it'll bite you, I got my knives sharp before, face shaving- but this is a different level, more like a surgeons scalpel than a knife blade, I really have to be careful and I won't hand my Sebenza to my wife now lol. This thing is dangerous!
