Enjoy your edges folks:)

No but it can effectively CUT serrations into your PE blades.

I've heard rumors of these petrified meat logs, though I've never seen one in real life.

You must cut salami in a very different way than I do. It looks like you were stabbing sandpaper.

THIS is the salami.

http://www.gourmetfoodstore.com/special ... s-6658.asp

yum

ALMOST best in the world. Freybe Gypsy is best. But it's made in Canada and the people I have called seem clueless as to how to order it for an individual.
Stupid company, really.

Once tasted, you will never go back to ...regular.... non scratch salami.

I have learned to accept the scratches and now I am NOT tempted to safequeen it any more. :)

It is still the peenty pointiest Delica and it keeps me from lusting TOO MUCH for a Police.

The only thing I see on the ingredient list that could scratch up a blade is the salt, if it were present as solid crystals.
I guess the next time I have a pork chop I'll have to see if the bone will scratch VG10.

If your salami is doing that, I'm pretty sure that you need to see a doctor! Lay off the Viagra!
