Steel in the Para 2 doesn't really matter so much to me, especially considering the "worst" steel would be Spyderco CPM-S30V. But if I had to choose one, it would be the CF/S90V Para 2. I chose the CF Chaparral 1, because its CF scales and dark pocket clip are discreet and suitable for almost any situation.Syncharmony wrote:Whoa whoa whoa, you aren't getting by that easy. What steel for the Para 2 and what body material for the Chap? :)
Spyderco 1-2 punch.
Tasman se and manix 2 lwt. These two knives would cover everything I'd need in the woods.

That sounds about right for me too! Tempted to perhaps throw the Domino in place of the Caly, which I know is somewhat sacrilegious for us true Caly-ites. If length laws would apply, then I might switch the Millie for a Dragonfly, with the Dfly/Caly combo being the way to go!xceptnl wrote:SB Caly (3 or 3.5) and Military (PE Cruwear or SE 440v) I believe this pairing could do all I need.

If length was the issue, I would agree with your choice too. Caly 3 or 3.5 and Dragonfly (Foliage G-10)RadioactiveSpyder wrote:That sounds about right for me too!
