I don't have a digital camera, but the knife I traditionaly use is my trusty Pacific salt.

There's a very special Stretch in my pocket today. Was planning to use the SETO damascus Santoku I got from SFO later today to carve up the turkey breast, but since it's still half frozen, I think it may be Saturday before they get acquainted.

Gayle Bradley for Thanksgiving! Conversation piece to introduce more family members to Spyderco knives. I have alot of nephews who are knife nuts already and the sooner they get introduced to Spyderco the better!!! :spyder: :D

I usually carry my Caly Jr. burgundy on Thanksgiving just because it reminds me of cranberry sauce. Probably going to pack the ATR too for my own personal slicing pleasure, it really makes a great food prep folder.

Not doing cooking duties this year so no kitchen sharps for me. I will have a Fluted Ti Native 5 in my pocket at the dinner table though.

Depends somewhat on the size of the bird, but for a big one I'd call it a toss up between the K02 Chef's Knife and the K03 Carving Knife. K01 Bread Knife would also work very well.
