I don't personally own a Ti, but the pictures look to be the genuine Spydie. Interesting.

It seems the only giveaway with some of these fakes are the price and retailers.

Aww that makes me sad. I want more real Ti military's in the world not fakes. That being said the "U.S.A.Earth" instead of "U.S.A. Earth" Jumps out at me as well as the SS lockbar insert screws seem to really protrude inside the handle.

Wow looking at eBay though they all look alike. Sad :(
