FRN Jester Sprint?

#1

Post by araneae »

Is anyone interested in an FRN Jester sprint? I have 2 thoughts; yellow and H1 in SE or orange/neon green and VG-10 in PE.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

I would love to see a H1 jester or a white FRN plain edge VG-10 jester.

Any would be good. I really liked the Gray G-10 version. Maybe some interesting scale material again...I'd get one no matter what, so that's a yes from me too.

I like my Jesters a lot. Preferable is dark green VG10 PE. But in case of FRN PE VG10, if street price will be with within $30-35 I will buy a few. I had several orange and purple Ladybugs. They made great gifts.

I'd really like to see the next Jester sprint stay in the $35-40 range. CF is gonna push it into the $75-80 range, with ZDP even higher. It's time for more FRN please. Sal are you out there?

I cannot imagine how can you say something like this.
After you start using Jester, you life will be divided on pre and after Jester time. :D :) You never will be able how could you live without it. :D :D
At the time, when I get into :spyder: , you could buy burgundy micarta on secondary market around $40-50, but I didn't like key-chain knives back than and passed. I bought it few years later.

You guys are both jerks :) I read Roman's line about pre- and after-Jester time and said "I want to be in Jester time too!" Luckily KSF had one last gray in stock.

Also, found some pink and black SE and plain black Jesters that look like they're still available too. Gotta call Monday and confirm.

I was just into the G-10 Dragonfly at the time and the models I handled were the Micarta models. I guess ignorance was bliss.

Booyah FRN Jester Sprint run.

I'll take any color.

I'd prefer VG10, but I'm not picky. I don't love plain edge H1. I use a PE H1 Ladybug at work often and it really doesn't hold an edge long.

That being said I just sharpen it more often. Still love the knife.
