even being purposefully neglectful to this supposedly stain happy steel and I have yet to see any patina. cleaned off about a weeks worth of grime today and no staining underneath.

I always wanted to anozide the liners and RIT the scales red. The vinegar could look great also. Be sure to keep us posted.

The Air is perfect for RIT dying IMO. Just about any color will look good due to the neutral color of the stock scales.
