You mean the ones that are only sold through military outlets or to armed forces individuals?

They're not for sale to civilians. Spyderco gives some away every month to active military and, as Blerv stated, available only through outlets located on military bases. Per Spyderco's product page (http://www.spyderco.com/catalog/details ... duct=182):
Spyderco manufactures these extraordinary knives to honor and thank our troops who go in harm's way to defend our Nation's values. They are not available to dealers or distributors in the U.S. or overseas and are sold exclusively through AAFEES, your local TFE, or your stateside MCSS. The CRC number is Operation Enduring Freedom #4269702.

Hmmm.. I haven't seen them at my local Air Force base. Wonder if they are sold in the exchange or the military clothing sales store?

Mostly they're given away through a lottery to the Middle East.

IF they ever had one, it was sold or traded to them by a member of the US military. Entirely possible, since they do occasionally sell older "hard to find" knives. However, I am guessing that listing was just the result of whoever set up their Spyderco page not paying attention when they went trough the catalog, since the OIF Natives usually fetch more than that on eBay.
