It is a tape that using in Inspection fabric machine . It touch feel like fabric on table tennis.
But , not matter what kind of material your using. If it can make it feel unsmooth is OK.

CF/XHP Chaparral. What a great little knife. I'm missing my Balance though... Not sure if this will "take", long term, but it's a great option.

It is not as rigid as in the Caly platform and an obvious tilt is occurring with the outer screws because they are only experiencing resistance on one side. I took Ken's advice from the wire clip / Bradley AIR thread and flattened the back of the clip that contacts the G-10, it seemed to help. Be careful and tighten evenly and slowly.
