OT/ anybody know brian@discount knives ???

i ordered 2 knives at the same time, one from dynadirect and one from discount knives, got the dynadirect knife and sent it back for an exchange and got it again, all good. still waiting on the knife from discount knives ? it seems like 15 days is a long time to wait for an item in stock, the mail should only take about 3 days. has anyone had a delay in getting there stuff from discount knives ? i emailed brian twice over the last five days with no responce ? really seems like poor customer service. <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Brian/Discountknives.com generally offers good prices and decent service, but he has an established history of being impossible to contact and occasionally providing poor customer service. It's important to keep in mind that one of the reasons that Brian offers such good prices is because he's a one man shop (and probably has a day job).

i had no idea ! you mean he's handling everything, i just figured it was a regular company like the majority of web dealers, well that would explain alot.

Brian is a good guy, and will come through for you. He does have some of the best prices around, but sometimes he can get backed up.

cancelled my order and went with a different dealer, thats the last time i use discount knives, great prices but only if you get the knife. <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
