yep, I'm always to blame!

I could get a pic if you want to see what it looks like after 2yrs of abuse... and many times getting soaked.

Yea, He made me do it too! Have had mine about a week. And no you can't borrow it. Great little knife, replacing my co-pilot. Just wish the clip was reversed.

I believe you. VW almost convinced me too <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> But I think I'll wait for the updated version to come. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I'll even go down and grab the GS special, and give a pic of how much tip I've lost in 2yrs. should be clear enough on that one.

I love my SS PE Fly! Carry it everyday at work. I wonder why the SS Delica never caught onas much as its smaller counterpart??? I find it hard to beat the Fly. I was prying on a paint can at work yesterday and not damage at all. This is one tuff little Spydie! Take Care.

led> don't be reading my 2yr review on the 'fly then... I pry with the ss 'fly all the time, or turn screws with the spine. use it for a hammer, box opening punch(to make a hole instead of sliding tip in, like when powder is in a bag in the box)... the list goes on and on.

I have yet to damage it enough to even think of repair work(can't really call it warrenty). I abuse this little guy b/c it's cheap to replace IF I can break it.

OK, I'll see you blaming VW for my SS Fly AND raise you blaming him for my new kydex rig I got from Eric. I still haven't given it much carry time as I keep grabbing the Dodo for daily carry, but I think it's time to start using my new 'fly rig. My only question: use the clip or carry it as a necker?

neck carry, clip side out, tip down.

I have it sitting so that when I stand up straight, the pivot sits right over my sternum. doesn't flop as I walk at all.

easy to draw with either hand, and you don't notice it at all.

All-righty then, I have it rigged for neck carry using my Ronin cord. (I carry the ronin on the belt) So far so good, chopped up 2 zucchini for dinner. Wife was frightened by the speed of deployment. (OK, no taking that quote out of context)

hey, for variety, see if your 'fly rig fits a small tek lock... I requested it on mine, lets me belt carry too.

Mine came with a solid plastic loop that is smaller than a teklock. I only have a large teklock(came with the ronin), no small one, so that's overkill. I like the chain-cord carry so far.

gotta love eric's g-clips... I have my lumto on the g-clip right now in rear cant(edge down/back, tip down/forward) on left.

have a small tek that I bought with the lum rig, the temperance eric has right now(getting factory rig back when he's done his work) has a large tek on it, getting a g-clip made for the rig.
