Yeah, no doubt. It looks like the new Black Manix2 Translucent, but solid and with DLC.
The solid and black really set it off. When I saw the pic, the new Manix 2 Translucent
black moved way up my wish list.

I just hope this is another sign that the Manix 2 is getting closer to FFG as standard.

That would be amazing... I never got any of the sprints, so my only FFG Manixesesss were my XL and Lightweight.

I like the black bladed lightweight... it has me wondering what a black blade lightweight with clear scales (like the prototype) would look like.

I think we need to keep this thread active to demonstrate the demand. I joked a few weeks ago that I wasn't going to buy a light weight Manix until a black blade one came out, and I had no idea then that this prototype existed  I will definitely buy when/if available.
K-390 on hand: Mule Team 17, Police 4 G-10, Endela (burlap micarta), Endela backup, Endura (canvas micarta), Straight Stretch (now blade-swapped with G-10 Stretch), Delica Wharncliffe, Dragonfly Wharncliffe, & Dragonfly Wharncliffe shorty mod
Note to self: Less is more.

Count me in too as a willing demand demonstrator! I'd still snap one up if these materialised :)
