Spyderco Endura. It's the knife I went with when I was faced with the same question.

I'd vote for the Endura or Delica as well - they are considered classic models for a reason. I still occasionally carry my first-generation Endura from 15 years ago - it's that good.

With the delica 4, is the Flat saber-ground blade discontinued or more rare compared to the Full flat ground version? for about ten dollars more I could get the black color with the flat saber ground, I just don't seem to see them as much.

Edit: The model number is C11PBK, just for the **** of it i'll refer to it as FSG cuz I can't turn back now, but I believe it just is a regular saber grind.

Delica or Endura. I haven't tried the lightweight Manix 2 but if I only had $60 to spend I'd give it a good look.

The flat-saber grind is still available in:

Delica4 Black FRN
Delica4 Emereson Wave
Delica4 Stainless Steel (technically "hollow ground")
Delica4 Black FRN/Black Blade (Combo edge only)
Delica4 Foliage Green FRN (combo edge only)

That doesn't take into account the similar but different Salt1 in hollow-ground H1 and devoid of liners.

All depends on preferences. Delica and Endura are great knives, but i would take Centofante3 over any of them.

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian
