I have spoken to Jeff a few times about this and taht and he always strives to do what
he can you you to make sure that you are satisfied and get what you want in a timely
fashion. You can't beat the prices either.
As a follow up, I ordered the Szabo folder and some Tuf Glide from Jeff last Wednesday
and I recieved an email back shortly saying that it had been sent out. I was out of the
office last Thursday and Friday and when I walked in this mornign there was a package
from CS. it must have been delivered last Thurs or Fri, now that's fast in my book.

As a comparison and I am not going to mention the other well noted Knife shop, but
about a month ago, I ordered a Tuff and it actually took almost a week before I got the
email saying that it had been sent out. The weekend did fall in the middle, I'll admit though.
However, from teh time I ordered it until I received it was a little over a week. Maybe that's
not too bad, especially for some that ship overseas, but as a comparison, my hats off to
Cutlery Shoppe.

I would still order from the other place, things can happen in a shop and my order might have
been mis-handled or whatever, no big deal. But I have always got fast service from Jeff at CS.
