To all:
Please check out the latest installment in Spyderco's Designer's Insight Series. It features noted custom knifemaker Phil Wilson explaining the features and benefits of his South Fork fixed-blade design.
Stay safe,
Mike

very interesting, thanks for the video! And excellent videography too Mike, it's not easy to get a well lit shot on a showfloor like SHOT.

I have never field dressed an elk on the side of a mountain, but somehow
I now have the urge to do so. Excellent discussion about your knief Phil, I
am now looking at it, in a totally different way. Great stuff.

I don't.
But it sure made me want a Southfork. Beautiful design.

NICE!!! Very NICE!! The "Southfork" is most definitely my next fixed blade model. It's been extremely high on my list for some time. Now it's in the mandatory slot
That's what I like about Spyderco's great fixed blades and even the collaborations>> they have FUNCTION written all over them. That is one excellent design.
Long Live the SPYDEREDGE Spyderco Hawkbills RULE!!

These are excellent. I'm really excited about this entire series.

Very nicely done!
I had to wait until I got home to watch it, since they block videos at work :) .
Makes me glad I bought the knives (2 of them!) even though I haven't had a chance to use them yet.
Which Knife, A or B? get Both ! (and C, D and E) :)

I have some fine fixed blade knives but the Spyderco South Fork I rate as my finest.
On review it looks good. In hand it's even better.
I'm also pleased to have two of them, both have been active.
