Just a note to all concerned thanking you for the quick and efficient service. All companies should be as good as Spyderco.

To be honest since becoming interested in the World of Spyderco, just over a couple of months ago, the levels of customer service I have experience has just defied belief. Never before have I dealt with a company that offers such a professional service while maintaining such a high regard for customer service. From the speedy return of emails, to the lighting response of the SFO, and even to just the presence of Sal and the other Spyderco guys on the forums. I don't think there is an other way to put it...it does seem to be all about good attitude !
I just hope that more companies in the future learn from the examples that are being set.
Thanks Guys

Absolutely Best in Class !

When I placed my order for my Forum Military, I hadn't noticed that my card had expired. No problem. They held it for a few days until my new card arrived.

Not many companies out there that would do that.

Polite, and courteous are hard to find, but add sympathetic and you have one of kind.

Dudes, you gotta make an annual pilgrimage to Golden, Colorado to meet the friendly voices on the other side of the phone! I did just that, and the Spyderco Crew really ROCKS! These folks RULE!

Hi there Samo

Funny you should mention paying the guys a visit, because I was thinking of doing exactly that !
I'm over in California/Nevada this September, and was thinking about trying to get a flight over to Colorado (money, time and my good lady permiting )
Guess I'll just have to see how things go !

Cheers

Samo is right, gotta get to Spyderco and meet them all. I was just there about 6 weeks ago. Great to meet all the shiny faces I talk to on the phone. Great company and great people.
