Fascinating. Nitrogen steels are on the frontier in many industrial applications, so it seems. I realize this is promotional material, but still it is cool.

Look carefully at how the Vanax 75 was hardened compared to the 440B knife in the pig cutting, you will notice that one of these things are not like the other. Note as well how the cutting / sharpening is presented which is also misleading to enhance the cutting number on the Vanax blade.
