You lucky dog!! I've been hunting for that one. It wasn't the one for sale off blade forums in Europe was it?

The one on BF? I saw that. Great score.

There is/was also a CF S90V Manix 2. Another awesome sprint. That's the smoothest M2 I own, though I only seem to carry the CPM-M4 version.

I was lucky enough to get one about a year ago. I think it has only seen one or two carries, though. I've been loving my blue one too much, but that might change in a couple of weeks when I stop doing work on the weekends.

I've never been able to bring myself to carry mine. When I got it second-hand, it wasn't truly MIB - although it was new and in the box. The previous owner had taken it out and fondled it and flicked it and oiled it - but thank goodness he didn't try to sharpen it inexpertly. But still, it hasn't seen any pocket time.

Tough call!

I dunno, in my opinion, someone not being able to sharpen is a great chance for you to pick up a nice knife at a discounted price.

Once you get it, all you have to do is reset the bevel and it's as good as new.

That one M4 Manix was a different story though, the entire blade profile and spine changed, that was more than just a bad sharpening.

As much as I want to tell you to carry that baby, I couldn't bring myself to carry mine either. And I love S90V too.
