Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all!!! :D This is a special time of year :) For me it's always a time to appreciate what I have.

Us knife enthusiasts always aspire to try the latest, greatest, hardest, toughest, best edge holding materials available. Right now I am very thankfulfor the VG-10, S30V, N690, ZDP, M390, and CPM M4 I am able to use :D Many thanks to Sal and Spydercrew for making this possible. You cannot find an affordable alternative with any other brand.

I hope Santa treats everyone well :) I think Spyderco has an in ;)

Charlie, I hope you and the family have a great holiday. Likewise for everyone else that is part of our community here. Merry Xmas everyone. :)

It is Christmas day after all :) :D I have a couple of other Spyderco's earmarked for friends and my wife has a new H1 D'fly :)

I am giving away a blue FRN Dyad sprint. Lightly used, PE slightly played with a few months ago. It's place has been taken by the Air and SE D'Fly Salt.

To be eligible for the drawing I ask that 6 different blade materials Spyderco has offered in the past year be named and briefly described. I'll pick a post number from this one forward via Random.org..

It's fascinating to me that Spyderco, a fairly small company, is able to produice so many flavors of steel at the same time  Although I am only a neo novice in understanding many of these materials I very much appreciate their properties :D

Please don't "piggyback" on anothers post. The object is to better undestand and appreciate what we are all so passionate about :)

Merry Christmas again :D :D I'll leave with this pic of the prize :)
