Not bad for a guy with zero military background huh?
Can you see it?
It's hard as **** to get a good pic of but you can clearly see your reflection in them. I shine them everyday and they get completely wrecked at work. People ask me why, and I usually just smile and say it's a hobby. Truth is, I have a lot of respect for the Military and figure the least I can do is try to walk in their shoes, even if only metaphorically.
I believe I can see somthing yes, yes I can it is a prophecy .... I know now without a doubt that the world is going to see a massive shoe polish shortage one like it has never seen before and I forsee this coming to pass on Dec 21st 3012. I saw it ... in the boot.
Well it's my 20CP Para 2. In person you could see more color in the reflection so it was easier to tell what you're looking at. The white part below it is my shirt.

:D
I can blow the dust off my Jump Boots and see a better reflection than that!!
Never lol. Unlike some of those You Tube soldiers out there, I actually wear my boots after shining them, which means the polish usually cracks and look like glitter all over my boots. I just do a brush shine for the rest of it and run with that. By an hour into my shift they're covered in scuffs anyway.

Yeah. I had a guy on my crew at work step on one the other day and he just says "oh my bad". I said, hey don't worry about it, it's not like spit shining takes any amount of time or effort. I could go the bulling route and do the whole boot and make them look like corforms but again they'd just crack up when i wear them.
