Is anyone using Instagram?

I'm new to it but I see there are tons of knife porn shots with the #Spyderco tag being a very popular one. I know from the picture threads a lot of us aren't above taking pics of our stuff while drooling over others so I was curious if anyone is out there to follow...

I use Tumblr and Pinterest. Both for my own uploads and for finding blade porn as well.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why folks want to make their Instagrams look like faded Polaroids, oversaturated Kodachrome slides, or fuzzy holiday snaps. I worked for 15 years as a professional photographer and worked very hard to advance my craftsmanship to avoid doing this to my work.

I guess if it is "retro" then it looks more "authentic." Sigh. There's no accounting for taste...

Well I know someone that wont be buying the Diana lens for their DSLR. ;) But you don't have to use a filter, you can host a plain photo it seems.

I tend to use my trusty Hassleblad 500C when I'm shooting something other than family snapshots. It was good enough for Buzz Aldrin to take to the moon...
One of these days, I'm going to look into getting a digital back for it...

I'll follow you back as soon as I can figure out how to see who my followers are. lol. Thanks though! I posted a pic of some of my EDC stuff in a Ferrari we were selling at my dealership and it was an instant hit. I think cars and knives might be the way to go.

Is there a way to create an instagram account on a regular browser? When I looked into it, the website seemed super geared toward android and ios devices, and seemed like there was only a "login" button, and not a "create your account" section.
