Looks a lot like a Sharpwerks Prybuddy with a nice curve, minus the hex hole in these:

Where'd you get it Polar L?

Sorry about the teaser. Those pry openers are definitely unique. You are looking at the whole production that is made.

Vice Grips have done the job for me as well, miraculously without shedding any more parts.

I use one of these in my kitchen but it's a bit too big and heavy for keychain use.

My cousin uses an automatic italian stileto that has the blade replaced with a bottle opener. He says he got it online but it is awesome.

This is one of the better looking ones I've seen for a that style style bottle opener. http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/ea96/?srp=5

I came across this on the web and thought it was awesome.

I use the midlock knives´ lockbars, works great with Boye dent style. My Ladybug on the keyring does serve more as a bottle opener than I actually use its edge. Though it is not its intended use pivot and lockbar didn´t show damage yet.

I have a money clip that has a bottle opener on it. Since I don't use it I can't find it. When I do I'll post a pic of it. It's on the back side so you really can't tell that it's there and doesn't interfere with the clip itself.
