I was going to order one on Amazon, but I have two questions:
1. The FRN version is listed as having skeletonized steel liners on the Amazon website. I thought that the FRN Dragonfly didn't HAVE liners, just the FRN.
2. For a knife of this size, does the lack of liners create any "flex" in the day-to-day use of the Dragonfly (presuming appropriate use and no prying or other "abuse")?
It is very common for amazon sellers to have the wrong info on knife models since there are many variations and they often just copy and paste the info from other descriptions. None of the frn models have liners. As for the flex, the dragonfly may be small but it is powerful and sturdily built.
I have a FRN VG10 Dragonfly and it is unlined. This little knife is a very tough big little knife and capable of tasks way beyong it's size. I recomend it highly. I have the G10 version as well but prefer the FRN,
