I'd look on ebay. Either that or browse one of the other forums that has a BST (Buy, Sell, Trade) section.

Country Knives still has the serrated yellow Spyderhawk Salt. Aside from them, the sources Pocket's mentioned are probably your best bet.

Warriors and Wonders in Canada had some last I checked. Shipping is costly but worth it overall!

Nuh-uh. Just checked. They feature a picture of the serrated model, but in small print they point out that it is for the plain edge version. I want an SE too. Dang.

Thanks everyone! I have looked everywhere before I made this post (Ebay, and online searches). The only place that still has one is Country Knives. However, he wont accept my Canadian credit card or Payapal :( .

They only accept Western Union Wire Transfer from people outside of the U.S.

Great knife! I picked up one from a collector liquidating his collection right when they were being discontinued. One of my favorites. :D

My friend in Florida bought it for me from Country Knives! Cant wait to get it! Turns out it is a "Numbered First Production Run"! Thanks to everyone for their input ;)
