No training wheels :)
this is really off topic but there are enough parents on here so i thought it might be useful. Last week i took of the training wheels off the kids bikes. after running behind them for an hour, crouched over my back was killing me. i remembered seeing a lil scooter in a magazine with no pedals. it was supposed to help kids learn how to balance soooo i took the pedals off of my kids' bikes. they just pushed with their feet and within about an hour and a half they were balancing for a good 50 feet or so. i put the pedals back on and they were both off without any problems. i thought i would just pass it on. dont forget to have your kids wear helmets too! my wife's co-workers kid got into a bad fall and he is about 18 years old now but mentally only he is only 5, it's pretty sad .

Maybe I'll try that with my son this year. He's going to be 9 and refuses to want to ride, all he wants to do is blade and ride his skateboard but you can't go through life not learning how to ride. I told him no more motorcycle rides until he finally learns and I think that lit a fire under his rear.

You know the funny thing to me is that the MSF beginner motorcycle class starts in a similar way, walking the bike while manipulating the throttle...

The things that may or may not be true are the things a man needs to believe in the most. People are good; honor, courage, virtue mean everything; power and money mean nothing; good always triumphs over evil; true love never dies. A man should believe in those things, because they are worth believing in.
