I'm in no matter what, but I'd prefer a Manbug with G10 and an upgraded steel.

I think my fantasy Spydie would be a Paramilitary with stone washed micarta in M4. Rugged, classy work knife that wouldn't have to be financed.

- best wishes, Jazz.
The last one was only available through the SFO (as were the last two USN Forum knives), so I'd imagine that it would be yet another SFO only knife. I can't remember if these go out to the collector's club, so dealers with a number may offer CC#'d ones as well.

Fantastic news. Hoping it will be something that fills the pocket! And not black.

Kristi, you are amazing! You make one little announcement and get 100+ and counting fellows barking and whining like little puppy dogs. Lucky for me I can do that while I type this message. :D

I really hope that it will be something very unique that would make it worthwhile buying.

Looking at the likes and dislikes of forum members (and more importantly considering my own), I agree with the comments that it will not be possible to please everyone. My thinking is that if the blade was unique to the membership and if pre-orders are taken in advance after sharing the concept of the forum knife with us, it will make it a knife to have. Just changing the handle color or the blade steel does not really make it appealing to me. Also, I was wondering if Spyderco would consider putting some kind of remark on the blade as with the Natives for the Operations in Iraq.

Look forward very keenly to more information and thanks Spyderco.

I will be watching this very closely. Depending on final model/specs, I could be all over this. Thanks for listening to us, Spyderco!

I hope there will be enough to go around for every member who wants one.
I love the para2's so hoping for that in a super steel maybe in burgundy g10.
Most of the other colors are already sprints and purple was the last sprint run, my guess is as good as anyone else.
I will be waiting with everyone else I guess.

Digital camo in the forum colors red, black, grey & a little white. Second it should be the American made milie, with a carbon steel. Lightweight, large enough, a spyderco staple. What's not to like?
Gayle Bradley
Bob lum tanto sprint
Milie camo
Para2 camo
Manix2 moonglow
Tasman salt
Tenacious (the whole lineup)
Kiwi SS

This is exciting and generating lots of interest. I wonder if this thread will surpass the Zero Tolerance 0560/0561 thread over on BladeForums, which, as of this post, is up to 211 pages and 4220 posts! Of course, that thread has been active for one year now.

I'd love to see a Para 2 with an inlaid bug in the scale like the Military forum knife... with some sort of super steel blade. ELMAX perhaps ;)
