I ordered mine on 9/15 and received my shipping confirmation/tracking number this morning

Are you seriously calling me troll? I hardly think so. It just irks me to see someone bashing reputable retailers because they had no clue what they were doing when they went *Click Click* with the mouse. How a seemingly harmless thing can have such dire consequences to the undisciplined. To me it looks like someone just had to learn this lesson the hard way. Case closed.

Woohoo! I received an e-mail today to contact them because my CC expired. Figures...I placed the pre-order in Sept and the card expired in Oct. Oh well...called them back to give Roger the updated info, and shortly thereafter, I got the "Status changed to SHIPPED" e-mail. Look out, Mr. Postman--I'm watching you now :)
Spyderbitten in 2011 and haven't been the same since.

Good news for the dog :) Ashley says shipped today. When i ordered on the 15th I used paypal. I emailed yesterday and today Ashley responded, asking that I send the balance by paypal and letting her know when it had been done. For those that ordered early and haven't received anything it might be worth a quick email. Very nice folks, and they respond quickly.

My son's shipped today, my order for 2, which I ordered the first day got messed up with the paypal crash. I did not get a confirmed order number for a couple days, don't know if they will be in the first batch or not.
