Just checked. My card was run for $407.85 for my 2 preorders. No contact. Personally I'm cool with that, I'd much rather they get them on their way than risk a game of phone tag with me.

I paid basically that ($415 shipped) for the 1 S90V millie I have (hate to admit that). This time I think I'm out in front of the curve.

No charges on my card yet, and no email. I had preordered one that first day, then decided to order another one towards the end before they sold out. I assume that if they go out in the order the orders were received, I'll only get one at a time, and have to pay shipping twice (which is OK) but if they got in *all* of the knives and just have to package them up, maybe they can send mine together.
Which Knife, A or B? get Both! (and C, D and E) :)

It is not 400. Some of us ordered 2 and after the deposit the balance is $400 (for 2).

Yes they are and remain $220 each on pre-order.

Only received an invoice. No charges on my card yet. I wonder if it already has been shipped. Would have been nice to know so I would have had a chance to add something to the order because when it was on pre-order it said "Please do not include any other items in this order". Shipping is really high this time - $43.95. Ouch! Did USPS raise their prices?

Since I orderd one near the end does that mean that I'll be notified later than people that got in at the beginning? Just wondering because I haven't got my cc charged yet.

Most certainly yes. That is, they have several hundred orders to process, pack, and ship. I placed my pre-order on 9-15-11 and still do not have any contact. It will only be a matter of 3 to 4 days max but this is a guess.

I'm using a new card now and emailed them to say I needed to give them my new details.

They replied straight away and said to just call or email my details and that the knife would be coming in about two weeks, but they were starting to go through the pre-orders now.

I had to give my card details again too as I got a new card...but got am email saying that it will ship by next week, which makes sense as it is Friday. So in roughly a week I should have mine.
