Must... Try... To... Stop... Buying... Spydercos...

#1

Post by yobohadi »

My problem all started in November 2011 with a NIB Tenacious on sale for $24.99 shipped, that was a real WOW! moment for me, next came an Endura 4 FFG in brown, then a Delica 4 ffg in green... These knives are just getting better and better! Then a Native S30V shows up to join this growing party, NICE! That bug keeps forcing me to buy more and more... A Manix 2 works it's way into my collection and Super WOW! I love this knife! And now today my order from Cutlery Shoppe is delivered with my back ordered Para 2... HOLY THIS! I don't think my wallet or my senses can handle another sweet, sweet Spyderco, but I SO WANT A MILITARY AND SAGE AND MANIX 2 XL.... There goes my gun budget for the year.

I found that blaming Sal for this addiction does not go over well with the wife.

One good thing about all this is there has hardly been any wear and tear on the paper shredder in the past 3 months. :D

You are addicted to Spyderco knives. You are not alone with this problem.

With 4 in the first month, I know the affects of a Spydie bite.
The wife's odd lack of knife appreciation has been a temporary antidote, but it'll wear off.

I have no money because I spend a fortune on knives. However, I am glad with my knives. Do you understand me?

Perfectly :D .

I don't mind buying knives b/c I know if I need the money I know I can always get at least most of it back. Plenty of other things to spend your money on you can't say that about.

don't. it has nothing to do with Sal. I know for sure that Kristi is adding some highly addictive substance to the steel. :D

I do. I cannot afford to update my computer. Still using the one, which I bought in pre-Spyderco era. :o :( :(

this is calming. :)

That is true. It will take a while to hunt down and collect all of them. :)

I just claim them all on my tax return for deductions as essential tools needed for work.
