Very nice work. I've got to get my a$$ in gear and finish my little shop.

that first knife looks good. Good shape, decent finiish. Quite impressive for a first attempt.

I would suggest moving the grinder from the Living Room coffee table though. :D

Where did you end up mounting your grinder? In the garage? Or do you have a work shop?

Stock ones, probably AlO. I am ordering some self sharpening ceramic ones :)
