Thanks. I just used this code. I just placed my order at 11:53 am and I got an email at 12:00 pm saying my package was shipped. Unbelievable service. You seriously can not beat CS.

Yeah I just visited CS at the right moment today and saw that he had 8 Lum Tanto sprints available on a FCFS basis. Not only did my g-10 dragonfly ship, but my new Lum Tanto shipped with it on the day it was ordered. Anyone who claims CS was slow for them in the past should give them another shot. Best Spyderco seller for me and many others.

I also have a Sage 3 arriving from Howes tomorrow. He has some great prices on his Spyderco clearance rack. Also pretty cool that he does layaway online.


Honestly both sellers are my go-to places for all things spyderco now.

Hi- I made an account so I could post on this topic. I have been using Cutlery Shoppe now for almost a year. Jeff has proven time and time again to be the best online retailer of knives I have encountered. I have ordered around 10 knives from him and all shipped within 24 hours, usually less. The nutnfancy code is still in effect, I just used it yesterday (8/16/2011), and this morning already got my shipping conformation email. I think Jeff's prices cannot be beat, online or in-store. The customer service is fantastic, here is an example: ordered a knife about a month ago, at that time Jeff was starting to try Paypal on his site. Somehow (most likely my fault) I ordered 2 knives. I sent Jeff an email, and first thing very next morning he emailed me back saying he saw the error, and was already working on getting it fixed. So Just wanted to throw my two cents in about the Cutlery Shoppe. I will continue to use Jeff, and recommend him to all of you as well.

I believe the code only worked in the 2011 year.

Being this is 2012, the code is "expired".

My wife says that I am hard headed and I would have to agree. I can't watch the nut videos without getting sea sick, so I actually boycotted the free shipping code last year. I know that it isn't necessarily a fiscal thing to do, but I just didn't feel right putting the name down just for free shipping.

I've also successfully used the code this year, more than once,I think.
As for Nutnfancy, I've been watching his videos for a couple years, and while he does seem to ramble a lot, often taking 20 minutes to impart 3 minutes of useful information, he does generally give good reviews, and seems to be a good guy with good intentions. ;)

I like the discount code and his other reviews (not the knife ones). Definitely a guy with a decent gear knowledge base and a couple quirky views. Not good nor bad.

Still, 40 min reviews for a folding knife. :confused:
