I received some cash for Christmas and decided to spend it on a Spyderco. I have about a $100 and have eyes for either the Sage 1 or Para 2. I want both eventually, but I likely won’t be able to buy another for at least a couple months. Currently, I have a Caly 3.5, a SS Dragonfly, and a Delica. I think I want the Para 2 more but would use the Sage 1 more often because of its smaller size. So…..which one would you get? :)

Para 2. I love my Caly 3.5 but if you want a heavier-duty knife, it's hard to beat the Para 2. As far as I'm concerned, the Sage gets trumped by the Caly 3.5 for medium to light duty cutting.

You have chosen wisely
"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms..disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed one." - Thomas Jefferson quoting Cesare Beccaria
