You know... I don't know a single person who eats back bacon, everyone I know eats normal (and much more delicious) belly bacon. Perhaps they do out East, but here in BC, nada.

Peameal bacon sandwhich ...... delicious. I basically live on the stuff.

I'll have to try that out, see if I can find peameal bacon here... I've seen American style smoked back bacon but not proper peameal bacon.
