For some reason, I don't envision this one to be the brawny tank like the original C95 Manix.

So the XL does NOT have skeletonized liners?

Yes, the e-mail from Anna at BHQ said they shipped it yesterday, Thursday Dec 15.

No it has solid liners. It actually helps the balance a bit because that big blade is so heavy. Feels awesome in the hand though.
