It looks like Manix 2 is going to be S30V now.

I bet most of you missed the Tenacious with black blade.

(As did I, until I re-read the catalog)

So I'm not the only one. Took me almost an hour to download the thing. For reference, I can normally download a full-length motion picture (Avatar) in six minutes.

Same here, but it was totally worth it. I love the Sage4.

I'm also experiencing problems downloading. I think they put up the large file that gets sent to the printer. A 'lighter' PDF file would do the trick for most of us I guess.

Still, from reading the online flip-over catalog, I am very pleasantly surprised with the Sage 4 and the sprint run R and Meerkat!

The Sage 4 just bumped the fluted Ti Native 5 off my must buy list. The Air looks awesome. I hope it is clip less like the photo.

Don't forget about the mid year supplement, and if this year was any indication than I'd bet we'll see quite a few surprises in 2012.

The catalog looks great; very nice layout, the photo appendix is a nice touch and I think the image on the outside back cover pretty much sums up how most of us feel about Spyderco :)

My only disappointment was to read that the GB Air will be clipless. I understand why, but I appreciate the security of a clip and would much prefer to have the option, especially on a knife of this caliber.

I'd like a clip too. I still plan to get one, but I won't carry it without a clip.

Hope spyderco don't mind, couldn't stand 5kbs download speed.

Anyway - Southfork and pygmy warrior looks SWEET!

Air is super cool gentelmen folder. Nice. Very nice catalog too.

Am I reading this right--no more Stretch in SE (i.e. no more C90SBK)?

IIRC, the C90SBK and C90PSBK were discontinued last year. Don't think there ever was a serrated ZDP one, either in blue FRN, green FRN, or CF.

Thanks.

The catalog says that the sages have lanyard holes. I think this is a mistake.

That Manix 2 XL! Woohoo! That makes the long catalog download time more than worthwhile.

I only have a limited budget and there are so many nice Spydies, I don't know where to start...

Great... in my futile effort to collect all Manix 2's I'm going to have to re-buy at least three in the S30V variety.

The R looks interesting but I'm not sure it's a definite purchase.

I will be picking up the Sage 4 but I'm not too excited to see all those exposed screws.

Bradley's Air looks like a very nice gent knife. I thought it was sporting silver carbon fiber from the picture but it says it's fiberglass. Hopefully that keeps the price down. I'd like to see a wire clip on it though.

The Manix XL looks awesome but just isn't my thing. The South Fork looks awesome too and is my dream fillet knife. I have a feeling it will be hard to get since it's in S90V.

Overall, another great guide by the Spyderco team. Very eye-catching, very informative. Kudos.
