Native forum knife?

#1

Post by BladeMaster »

I've been away for sometime and I read somethng about a Native forum knife. Is this for real? When will it be available? Can we still order one? How much will they be?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Now I don't remember if they were gray or blue. As I remember, I counted the votes incorrectly (gray), Carlos reminded me (graciously) of my error, and I changed the directive.

I "think" the Native will be the same blue as the blue version of the Rescue 93 for the Site forum (this one) and a blue (same) SpyderHawk for the Bladeforums forum model.

We're still expecting them in late April. Probably be available in May. At least, that is the schedule.

Blue versus Gray (sounds like the Civil War).

Whatever the color, a 3D Native Forum Model will be a welcome addition!!! The gray would be unique and blue would make a matched set with the BladeForums SpyderHawk Forum Model.

Wow... thanks for the replies everyone! This knife sounds soooo good. Blue or grey will be fine with me. Can I still order one? Have orders even been taken yet? How much are they? Thanks!

Orders haven't been taken AFAIK, but who knows for sure. Price should be $60ish, as it's a stock Native with a blue FRN grip.

Never underestimate the impossible.

S&S

However, if as was the case with the Forum Vesuvius, they can only be ordered through the Spyderco Factory Outlet, we can expect to pay at least the MSRP. The original FRN Native currently sells at the SFO for $83.95. I doubt we'll see the Forum model 3D Native for $60.00ish - but we can always hope
