Chris,

I don't think the thing exists. Everyone talks about it but I believe it was just somesone dream!!

It would be nice if someone had some real facts on it.

I'll go with a Millie then. Beside the new 30 steel, which combination of edge and scales works best for EDC? Thanks - Chris

The last mention of it on the Forum suggested it would be released sometime this spring.

My "advance view" through Linda give me:
C81P ParaMilitary G-10, PE
C81S ParaMilitary G-10, SE

Price TBD(both Factory and hers), and no release date known. I've heard everything from 1st quarter 2003 to last quarter 2003...

We NEED Pics!!! And some SPECS would resonate also. We DESERVE these things. We have been SO patient. I can't STAND it anymore!

Sal says it makes trouble for them if they release pics to soon and there are delays.

(don't mind me, just bored at the moment and have time to type)

If the company gives a release date or price, and the final result differs from that projected, the company will usually recieve it's share of flak from the comsumer.

By simply giving Price & Date TBD, or "projecting" a date(ie 3rd quarter 03), they avoid MOST of the problems.

The reason they don't post pics until the model is within 6months of public release is simply security. If they have pics floating a year or so in advance, and some jackass goes and makes a knockoff before even collectors get the real one, it makes the company look bad by "copying the rip-off"(in the eyes of joe-sheeple).
Also, as there are often changes made between proto-type and end product, stating materials used, and then changing them if something works better, tends to aggravate people, which in turn creates more flak to deal with.

Thus, it alleviates much of the problem by simply saying "it's in the works, info will be given in due time" to any and all consumer questions.

Try to figure a smaller Military (2/3) with a compression lock and a wire clip for left/right, tip up/down carry
Possible handles color: navy blue, dessert tan, olive drab or black.
Availability - only God (and Sal) knows

The Para will be less than a 3" blade? Anything less than 3 1/4" is unlikely to see any carry from me. I'd really like to see something closer to 3 1/4".
