Welcome to the forum, manxi!!

Be careful, because when you buy one Spydie...it just isn't enough. It will lead to another and another and..... (I think you get the picture.)

The Spydie virus infects with no mercy.....

Welcome, Manxi

You will find a fair number of other UK folks here. I fear, however, that the Spyderwrench will just suck you in (buy one, maybe one more, then another, gotta have that...you get the picture).
We do have treatment centers, medication and twelve-step meetings available.

You can get 'em from Heinnie Haynes in the UK.

Don‘t buy one unles you are willing to have more and more and more.
I just wanted one one-handled knife.

Now we have 7 together and my wife is also addicted.
Think this should be told to potential customer by responsible dealers. ?

Hi Manxi. Welcome to the Spyderco forum.

Renches are pretty hard to come by these days. We've had some problems that are not yet worked out. I don't know where you could get one.

Welcome Manxi,

Another UK supplier is the British Knife Collectors Guild (http://www.bkcg.co.uk). However, it often works out cheaper to buy from the US. The Customs charges hurt though.

Is that the international drive in orlando. If it is I was there in Nov.and could only find 2 places that had spydies. One was a little gun shop with very high prices and the other with a fair selection is the Bass Pro shops on international drive it is all the way at the end of that rd.Well there was a 3rd place it was in a outlet mall a couple of blocks down from the bass pro on the other side of the street but they were extreme in prices. If you are on international drive you need to check out the Bass pro shop.It is something to see.

I learn something new everyday, even though I don't want to. Jeff

Hi Manxi, welcome aboard, always good to see another Brit here.

I tend to buy from the USA, it works out quite a bit cheeper even if you get hit with VAT and import tax.

Walk softly, carry a big stick.

Welcome, Manxi, to the most incredible place on the 'Net. Now that you're checked in, we can begin the necessary "treatments" for your upcoming addiction to Spyderco's. (Yes, you can consider yourself infected by the Bug.) S&S should be along shortly, and if you need anything, just ask for the SATC's (Spyderco Addiction Treatment Center) supervisor, Java. The coffee he packs will hold you 'til the "treatment" can take effect.

Have a pleasent stay!
