I just bought two pairs of scales from Halpern Titanium. I got the #4 Blue/Black and the #5 Digicam to match my Para2

Still looking for someone to do a sheath project for me. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Here's my MT11P Mule. Black and white G-10, red micarta, black tex-tuff, with blue plastic spacers and brass corby bolts. Still needs some work, I need to even out the sides.

Where'd you get the red micarta? I've been looking for a fairly bright red and have only come across darker -almost maroon- reds.

I got it from Texas Knifemakers. They also sell tex-tuff. I used 1/8". I was in Houston last month and stopped by their store. Good shop, nice folks working there, and good to see stuff in person rather than on a computer screen.

Finishing my first ever mule. MT11 Used Ironwood for the scales. I'm happy with it for a fist ever attempt. Still just a few more adjustments to go before finished.

Scales are inbound in ironwood. Did some sewing this weekend. This is the 4th leather sheath I've made and the first I'm proud of enough to actually show.

Just got finished with the green canvas micarta scales on my Damascus Mule. Most of the work was by hand, polishing it by hand down to 1200 grit. I haven't worked with canvas micarta before - I was pleasantly surprised that it took a nice high-gloss polish. When I'm putting scales on a worker, I usually leave it with some texture - but micarta shows incredible depth when polished out, I love seeing it this way.
