Just got a Streamlight Stylus Pro and I LOVE it! :D
They recently updated the design with a C4 LED that doubled the output with almost the same battery life. I only found one site carrying the new ones but for the price (under $20) its impossible to beat either version.
Liked it so well I got 3 more as gifts... :p

I carry a Surefire 6P with a 6P LED module. I've had the light about 3 years and it's just awesome. I also have a 4sevens Quark 123² that is sweet. I usually wear painters jeans and I throw the light in the side pocket on my right leg. If I'm at work I throw the Quark in my pocket with my knife.

I've started researching for a nice EDC light purchase and thought I'd bump this thread.
So far I've been looking at the usual suspects; 4Sevens, Fenix and EagleTac, however I've been reading and hearing some good things about Klarus and I'm particularly interested in the NT20 CR123 model.
Does anyone have any experience with Klarus in general or specifically with either of their NT models?

I haven't heard of the Klarus light until now. THanks for posting, it looks intesteing and the price is decent.1623 wrote:I've started researching for a nice EDC light purchase and thought I'd bump this thread.

Follow up:
I went ahead and ordered a Klarus NT10 and three Surefire CR123 Lithiums from Going Gear (outstanding company) and I've been very pleased thus far.
As a first time high quality flashlight for me, this little powerhouse has both surprised and impressed me; I have no regrets spending the $59.00 on this light.
I did quite a bit of research and saw many great features on some other lights but didn't care for the way the were accessed. The user interface on the NT10 couldn't be easier and is one of the main reasons behind my purchase; combine that with the output and I couldn't pass it up.
230 OTF Lumens from a Cree XP-G R5 LED and a single CR123A Lithium provide a substantial and impressive output.
The comfortable end cap clicky enables momentary and full on use. The secondary clicky on the bezel is your selector switch and adding a twist to the bezel gets you into the hidden modes including 8 lumen low output, SOS and beacon.
A brilliant feature is that the very disorienting random strobe can be accessed at any time, in any mode, simply by holding down the bezel clicky for .5 seconds. Truly a useful and well thought out idea if you ever needed to rapidly deploy it in a defensive situation.
For me, the size is perfect for my current application of riding in my Maxpedition Anemone pouch. The light weight of about 2oz with the CR123 makes for a nice pocket carry as well.
The fit and finish are both superb and as most others do, Klarus packages a nice little sheath, extra O rings, an extra tail end switch boot and lanyard with the NT10.
I'm enjoying this light so much that I'm thinking about picking up the XT10 which appears to be another outstanding offering from Klarus.
I know there are many brands available and quite a few have a most reputable and respected history, but I have to say that Klarus is worth a look.

County Comm's tiny AAA Maratac hangs off the TEC clip in my left pocket (a Spydie hangs in the right one) along with some other EDC items. Being a flashaholic, I also carry/pack other LED lights in my Nitecore, Fenix, 4Sevens, LiteFlux and MagLite collection, as needed, but the Maratac, which can give me 50 hours of 1.5 lumens or 42 minutes of 80 lumens, is always there to serve immediate needs, and at a price far lower than its value.

I'm carrying my Dereelight Javelin/C2H hybrid aka the "Stubby" setup.

It's one of the smallest P60 hosts you can buy but isn't the cheapest, about $32 for the body and empty head. Smaller than the Solarforce L2m. It also comes with a nice wire clip and can tailstand.
Right now I'm running a Q2 7A2 tint XP-G from Nailbender. It's super high CRI (90+) and has almost an incandescent look.
