Enough cutting capability for Friday?

#1

Post by dbcad »

Just a picture of the knives I'll be carrying in my pockets when I go to work tomorrow, I'm pretty much aware of the compulsion that is the root. I think this kind of thing starts happening when you recieve knives very sharp out of the box, and reach that inner part that had been denied for many years previous  Then again maybe it's a midlife crisis

Both L'Bugs, Balance, and Bug are very everyday now, D'Fly is pretty often. The larger blade is what keeps changing mostly. What's always most important to me is that they're sharp :) I have a couple that are in a line for my next sharpening weekend :)

Never lacking for a sharp blade brings me to a nice kind of peace that I enjoy :D

P.S. This doesn't count the Swick, Caspian, and M390 Mule in my lunchbox :D

Thank goodness for cargo pants, i usually load up myself on a daily basis. I like one endura each in front for SD. My working knives are in bottom pockets.

Feel good now. I have only 3, almost never carry more than four and I do not have lunchbox :) :D
The only thing I do not understand from your picture, why do you need SAK? Unless it is for decoration............

Yeah, for that tough Tuesday-Thursday period, you should probably add a Schempp Rock.

Don't ya love Fridays? I can only wear jeans to work on Fridays, so today I added my chocolate CTS-XHP millie to my back pocket. It doesn't carry as comfortably in my dress slacks the rest of the week. I too, usually have at least 4 to 5 knives on me every day. The ladybugs are great if I have to cut something at work without scaring the sheeple. I usually only have my Caly 3 clipped in-waistband, and my other knives just in my pocket but not clipped where some crazy person might see them and complain.
Which Knife, A or B? get Both! (and C, D and E) :)

you must have a lot of pockets. I'd never be comfortable carrying all those, but it's pretty cool that you can do it!

It's actually kind of easy packing them all :) Bug is in the wallet, H1 L'Bug is attached to my keys via a quick disconnect in the left hand pocket as well as the other L'Bug and Vic, D'Fly deep pocket on the right, Balance clipped to the watch pocket on the right, and Bradley clipped to the main right hand pocket.

Most used of the folders are the ZDP D'Fly and L'Bug, Balance comes out for packaging and close quarter plastic, whatever Mule I have will do the slicing at lunch when I bring in the little cutting board, today the Caspian cut in half a very messy cheater Reuben I made for lunch today, and I like to use the Swick for around the office cardboard.

I indulge my self in having so many sharp edges to choose from :D
