What did you carry this Christmas?

I am sure that on this particular occasion many of you have chosen a particular spidie to party with

Speaking for myself, I gave my Delica a well deserved rest and took the Meerkat. As for my wife, she put away the Vesuvius and took the Copilot. She became unusually fond of this little SS - looks like she's gonna keep on carrying it for quite a while

On Christmas morning I had a Camillus CUDA Maxx, a Darrel Ralph Mini-Maxx, and a Spyderco Mini Dyad in my pockets, but all of the actual cutting got done with my micarta Spyderco S.P.O.T. What a great little knife!

Carried a BM550 Griptillian as my big folder, but backed it up with a PE Merlin s.o.b. and a PE G10 Navigator in my left front pocket.

I picked up a CF Police PE, but it is too pretty to stick in my pocket with all my keys and such!!

Hey Sven: Fair warning on D2, I don't know if Queen and Camillus use the same hardness, but if they do, you're in for a surprise. I got a Queen D2 Muskrat for Christmas and that thing's got to be the hardest thing in the world to sharpen.

The 204 can sharpen most anything, but the D2 so far has laughed at it, 200 strokes and counting. I switched to diamond hones and made some progress (Yay! ), but it still is a lot of work. Grab a blue DMT Diamond hone before getting the Maxx, you'll be happier.

Never underestimate the impossible.
