Mine shipped from California 23 April and arrived New Hampshire today, 25 April. The only thing that exceeds my admiration of Bento Box Shop/USPS efficiency is my admiration of the Manix 2's design, fit and finish. I'll give my fantastic Sage 3 a bit of a rest.

What I found strange is all shipping notifications and info came from paypal instead of Bentobox.

I got my knife today. As expected it is a great knife and I can't wait to use it. I came sharp but not razor sharp. I'll take care of that. Is this shipment all that has been ordered? Is there anyone who ordered one that isn't getting one in this shipment? Not my business, just curious.

Hi,
Mine arrived in the mail@ 11:30 am. I opened it to find
a really great looking blade. I particularly like the color of
the G 10, and the knife was flawless. I did notice that the un locking
action seemed somewhat stiff but I'm sure that it just needs
some breaking in. I haven't cut anything but a little arm hair,
But I'm sure that this will handle pretty much anything that I
ask of it. It certainly will not be abused. Bento Box, great people to
Deal with. I hope everyone waiting, gets Theirs soon.
Have a Great Day,
Charlie

Who votes that I sell my CTS-XHP Manix and get this one? I already have and M4 Mille and Bradely, but like the steel and like the tan G-10 as well. Also think it will hold it's value better. Like CTS-XHP as well though, plus I usually carry it in inclement weather so my Bradley doesn't get all wet.

Thoughts?

That would be a tough call. I don't have the CTS-XHP but have heard good things about it. I just got the M4 Manix 2 today and love it. I'm lowering the edge angle that came on it by 2 degrees and it is taking a while, longer to remove steel than ZDP-189. You already know about M4 so if you ask it's obvious what you want to do. I guess I don't need to answer this question. You probably want an opinion of someone who owns both. Even then I bet it would be hard to make the call.

Are you married? Sell your wife. :D I would sell my wife but I'd never get enough money. :(

Mine arrived today in Hawaii which is pretty amazing considering I wasn't expecting it until tomorrow or Wed. Beautiful knife. For once I like that it has a shiny silver clip. I usually prefer a black or dull finish but the shiny clip looks right on this color scales.

I vote you keep the XHP and save up for a M4. It will be expensive to re-buy the XHP and the M4 is as cheap as it is going to get now. You need something for times you need corrosion resistance.
